How to use your black mineral mud
Apply a thick layer of mineral rich Black Mud to
the surface of the body. Leave for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove the mud when
it becomes dry or at 20 minutes whichever occurs first. Application time
depends on several factors such as dehydration of the skin and the humidity of
the air. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
For treatment of aching joints, heat the mud in a double boiler or in a pan on
low heat until desired temperature. Make sure the mud is not too hot before spreading on affected
area. May wrap cellophane around mud coated ligaments for deep internal
treatment. DO NOT LEAVE ON FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES. For
external use only. Never use cellophane on the face.
Disclaimer: This is 100% natural, but everyone's skin is different. Always do a test
patch on the area you plan to use the mud. Leave for 15-20 minutes as
you normally would. If skin irritation or redness occurs,
please note that this is only temporary and should not deter users from using
the mud again. Next time you use your mud, use for 5-10 minutes and over
each treatment gradually increase your time until you can reach a full 15-20
minutes.
Avoid contact with eyes. If you accidentally
get mud into eyes, wash eyes thoroughly with running water for at least five
minutes and if necessary consult your physician.
Might stain a white wash-cloth.
